Deadly Rainbow

Looks like Rainbow's all charged up for her next kill. Why did I draw this? I have no idea, lol, but I'm happy with the result, putting some stuff I've learned from watching tutorials to good use, like changing opacity and flow of the brush, opacity of layers, etc. This took me a while to make, but I started yesterday, with a few edits and stuff, like the pose, eyes, buildings. It originally wasn't even supposed to be Rainbow Dashitore, but I improvised, lol. I must continue to practice! For the Assassins!!!
